This neighborhood based ambulatory clinical care facility involved the total renovation, conversion and fit-up of an existing 40,000 square foot loft building. The structure, built at the turn of the century, required a full exterior restoration which was complemented with the introduction of a new translucent storefront at the street level. The entrance to the building is called out with an uplit canopy and back-lit signage marquis, providing a strong presence on the street both during the day and night.

This project was awarded a 1998 AIA Design Citation.
