TEK was engaged to convert an abandoned funeral home in Queens into a day clinic for Venture House, a program focusing on vocational and life skills training for people with mental illness. The project included a gut renovation of the building interior, a complete infrastructure replacement, and a full restoration and stabilization of the building’s romanesque revival exterior.
