This project involves the renovation of a 28,000 square foot loft building in New Haven, Connecticut. The program will create 33 units of supportive housing homeless people living with HIV and AIDS. The project will also include building systems upgrade with careful attention to the requirements of this special needs population. Counseling rooms, group rooms, dining facilities, and other support spaces are planned.
