For Impath, we designed a new facility in New York, combining a large diagnostic testing laboratory with their administrative offices. By locating the laboratory component in the center of the space and wrapping it in glass walls, it became the facilities central focus. Offices are located around the building perimeter, and specialty functions are treated as distinct sculptural elements.
